NAIA is a solution developed by MondragonLingua, in line with the UNE-ISO 24495-1:2024 standard, designed to help financial institutions and insurance companies adapt their content into plain language, as required by the European Accessibility Act and Law 11/2023.

ACCESSIBILITY

NAIA is a machine translation engine developed using artificial intelligence and integrated into our TMS (Translation Management System). This allows the adapted text to be post-edited by specialist linguists and added to translation memories so it can be reused whenever needed.

NAIA is available in two versions tailored to the financial and insurance sectors.
